1. Who we are

ChronSeek is a B2B SaaS platform for independent watch dealers.

ChronSeek provides software tools that allow dealers to create their own branded online showroom, publish watch listings, receive buyer inquiries, and manage internal sales workflows.

ChronSeek does not sell watches, process payments for watches, hold customer funds, provide escrow services, or operate as a marketplace.

Dealer showroom and listing data

When a potential buyer contacts a dealer through a ChronSeek-powered showroom, we may process:

  • offer or trade request details;
  • communication metadata.

This data is used to deliver the inquiry to the relevant dealer and support the platform workflow.

Payment and subscription data

Subscription payments for ChronSeek are processed by our payment provider.

ChronSeek does not collect or store full card numbers.

We may receive limited payment-related data from our Merchant of Record or payment provider, such as:

  • customer email;
  • subscription plan;
  • subscription status;
  • payment status;
  • invoice or order reference;
  • billing country;
  • tax-related information where applicable.

Technical and usage data

We may collect:

5. Payments

Subscription payments may be handled by our approved Merchant of Record or payment provider.

When you pay for a ChronSeek subscription, the payment provider may collect and process payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

ChronSeek receives only the information needed to manage your subscription and account access.

Payments for watches or dealer-to-buyer transactions are not processed through ChronSeek or our subscription payment provider.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

ChronSeek may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep users logged in;
  • remember preferences;
  • analyze website traffic;
  • improve product performance;
  • detect technical issues;
  • support security and fraud prevention;
  • measure marketing performance.

7. Mobile app

The ChronSeek mobile app for iOS is covered by this Privacy Policy. When you use the app, we process the same categories of personal data described above.

If you enable push notifications, we store a device token linked to your account so we can deliver notifications to your device. The token is deleted when you log out of the app or de-register the device.

Messages you send and photos you upload through the app are processed in the same way as described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Sharing personal data

We may share personal data with trusted service providers who help us operate ChronSeek, such as:

  • hosting providers;
  • payment processors and Merchant of Record providers;
  • analytics providers;
  • email and communication tools;
  • customer support tools;

We do not sell personal data.

9. Dealer responsibility for buyer data

Dealers using ChronSeek may receive personal data from buyer inquiries.

Dealers are responsible for handling buyer data lawfully, including responding to inquiries, managing customer relationships, and complying with any applicable privacy, tax, consumer, commercial, or anti-money-laundering obligations.

ChronSeek provides software infrastructure only and does not control how dealers handle their clients outside the platform.

10. International data transfers

ChronSeek may use service providers located in different countries.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as contractual protections, data processing agreements, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods may depend on:
