ChronSeek is a B2B SaaS platform for independent watch dealers.
ChronSeek provides software tools that allow dealers to create their own branded online showroom, publish watch listings, receive buyer inquiries, and manage internal sales workflows.
ChronSeek does not sell watches, process payments for watches, hold customer funds, provide escrow services, or operate as a marketplace.

5. Payments
Subscription payments may be handled by our approved Merchant of Record or payment provider.
When you pay for a ChronSeek subscription, the payment provider may collect and process payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention data according to its own terms and privacy policy.
ChronSeek receives only the information needed to manage your subscription and account access.
Payments for watches or dealer-to-buyer transactions are not processed through ChronSeek or our subscription payment provider.

7. Mobile app
The ChronSeek mobile app for iOS is covered by this Privacy Policy. When you use the app, we process the same categories of personal data described above.
If you enable push notifications, we store a device token linked to your account so we can deliver notifications to your device. The token is deleted when you log out of the app or de-register the device.
Messages you send and photos you upload through the app are processed in the same way as described in this Privacy Policy.

ChronSeek provides software infrastructure only and does not control how dealers handle their clients outside the platform.

ChronSeek may use service providers located in different countries.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as contractual protections, data processing agreements, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
11. Data retention
