Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ChronSeek, including our website, dashboard, showroom tools, listing tools, inquiry tools, and related software services.
By accessing or using ChronSeek, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use ChronSeek.
1. About ChronSeek
ChronSeek is a B2B SaaS platform for independent watch dealers.
ChronSeek provides software tools that allow dealers to create their own branded online showroom, publish watch listings, receive buyer inquiries, manage internal sales workflows, and organize customer or listing information.
ChronSeek does not sell watches, process payments for watches, hold customer funds, provide escrow services, authenticate watches, guarantee transactions, or operate as a marketplace.
Any watch transaction takes place directly between the dealer and their client outside of ChronSeek.

3. Who may use ChronSeek
ChronSeek is intended for business users, including watch dealers, traders, brokers, and related professionals.
By using ChronSeek, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are using ChronSeek for business or professional purposes;
- the information you provide is accurate and up to date;
- you have the authority to use ChronSeek on behalf of your business, if applicable.
ChronSeek is not intended for children or consumers under the age of 18.
4. Account registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure;
- all activity that occurs under your account;
- ensuring that your account information is accurate;
- notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your account has been misused, compromised, or used in breach of these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and pricing
ChronSeek is sold as a software subscription.
Available plans, features, prices, and billing cycles are shown before a subscription is started. Prices may vary depending on the selected plan, billing cycle, promotional offer, or written agreement.
Subscription access begins after successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may change our pricing or plans in the future. Any pricing changes for existing subscribers will be communicated before they take effect, where required.
6. Payments
Subscription payments for ChronSeek are processed by our payment provider.
The provider may handle checkout, payment processing, invoices, taxes, billing support, refunds, and chargebacks related to your ChronSeek subscription.
ChronSeek does not collect or store full card details.
Payments for watches, deposits, escrow, dealer-to-client transactions, or any third-party watch sale are not processed through ChronSeek or our subscription payment provider.
7. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or by contacting us at info@chronseek.com.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current paid billing period, unless your account is terminated for breach of these Terms.
8. Refund policy
Because ChronSeek is a digital SaaS product, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
Refund requests should be sent to info@chronseek.com and should include your account email, payment date, and reason for the request.
Our approved Merchant of Record or payment provider may process refunds, disputes, or chargeback-related actions according to its own policies, payment network requirements, and applicable law.
9. Dealer listings and user content
Dealers are responsible for all content they upload, publish, import, or share through ChronSeek, including:
- watch descriptions;
- prices;
- images;
- availability;
- condition details;
- ownership status;
- warranty information;
- customer communications;
- business profile information.
You confirm that you have the right to use and publish any content you upload to ChronSeek.
You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
ChronSeek has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. We may filter, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or payment provider requirements.
Dealers can report a conversation from the conversation menu and can close it to prevent further replies. Reports are sent to our support team for review. You can also report content at info@chronseek.com.
10. Watch transactions
ChronSeek provides software infrastructure only.
ChronSeek is not a party to any watch transaction between a dealer and a buyer.
Dealers are solely responsible for:
- verifying buyers and sellers;
- negotiating prices;
- issuing any sales invoices for watches;
- collecting payment for watches;
- shipping watches;
- handling returns or disputes related to watches;
- complying with applicable laws and regulations;
- ensuring the authenticity, ownership, and condition of watches listed or sold.
ChronSeek does not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale or inquiry.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use ChronSeek to:
- sell counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or unauthorized goods;
- misrepresent the authenticity, condition, availability, or ownership of a watch;
- process or facilitate illegal transactions;
- launder money or evade sanctions;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse ChronSeek;
- impersonate another person or business;
- violate applicable laws, regulations, or payment provider rules.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.
12. Third-party services
ChronSeek may integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, analytics tools, email tools, shipping tools, domain providers, review platforms, and other software services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
ChronSeek is not responsible for third-party services, outages, fees, or decisions.
13. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free functionality. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes that affect paid access where required.
14. Intellectual property
ChronSeek, including its software, design, branding, interface, workflows, text, graphics, and platform structure, is owned by Walime Bellai, trading as ChronSeek, or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from ChronSeek without written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant ChronSeek a limited license to host, display, process, and use that content as needed to provide the service.
15. Confidentiality
You may receive access to non-public features, pricing, product plans, or business information.
You agree not to disclose confidential ChronSeek information without our written permission.
16. Limitation of liability
ChronSeek is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChronSeek is not liable for:
- lost profits;
- lost sales;
- lost data;
- reputational harm;
- transaction disputes between dealers and buyers;
- counterfeit, stolen, unavailable, or misrepresented watches;
- payment disputes outside the ChronSeek subscription;
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to ChronSeek is limited to the amount paid for your ChronSeek subscription during the three months before the claim arose.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- you breach these Terms;
- you misuse the platform;
- you fail to pay subscription fees;
- your activity creates legal, security, or payment provider risk;
- we are required to do so by law or by a payment provider.
You may stop using ChronSeek or cancel your subscription at any time.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify users by email or through the platform.
Continued use of ChronSeek after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection, business, or payment laws require otherwise.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be handled by the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
